How we use information

We use information to create accounts, publish listings, connect buyers and sellers, process subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent abuse, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

Payments

Payment card processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not ask sellers to send card numbers through listing forms, messages, or email.

Sharing

Buyer inquiry details are shared with the seller of the vehicle contacted. We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email, analytics, and security. We do not publish private account fields merely to make a seller profile visible.

Security and retention

We use access controls and database security policies designed to limit access to account and marketplace data. Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for business, security, dispute, and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information through our support channel, subject to records we must retain for legal or operational reasons.
