Marketplace use

FordExcursionForSale.com provides an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of Ford Excursions. We do not own, sell, inspect, finance, title, or guarantee vehicles unless a separate service agreement expressly says otherwise.

Listings and sellers

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, condition, pricing, photographs, and representations in their listings. We may review, edit, pause, reject, or remove listings that violate these terms or appear misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful.

Subscriptions

Private sellers may publish a listing for the advertised monthly subscription price. Subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically reverse a completed billing period unless our refund policy says otherwise.

Transactions

Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating and completing vehicle transactions. Use reasonable diligence, including title verification, an independent inspection, and secure payment and delivery procedures.
